只要有产品就不可避免地会出现不合格品,"零缺陷"只是组织追求的一个极限目标。本文针对民机研制过程如何确保不合格品管理和控制符合体系标准要求,从完善系统建设、制定规章程序、规范过程管理等方面提出了工作建议,重点就不合格品MRB审理方面提出了特别要求。

As long as there are products will appear nonconforming, ＂zero-defect＂just the ultimate goal for the pursuit of an organization. This paper is concerned with the analysis of existing problems from the civil aircraft nonconforming management control process, providing suggestions based on system build up,disciplines principal,standard process, etc, to ensure the nonconforming management control process is in accordance with the requirement of AS9100. And, this study also focus on MRB audit and disposition of nonconforming product.
