经导管主动脉瓣植入的器械介绍、并发症及其防治 被引量：3

摘要 经导管主动脉瓣植入术（TAVI）已经成为不能行外科开胸换瓣和外科手术风险高的主动脉瓣重度狭窄患者的一种新的治疗选择。近期的随机对照试验结果显示，对于外科手术风险高的主动脉瓣狭窄患者，TAVI术后患者的生存率不劣于甚至优于外科开胸换瓣。随着器械的不断改进和术者经验的积累，TAVI技术已日趋成熟。
