摘要
采用未干的聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)纤维,分别用阳离子染料和分散染料对其进行染色,探讨纤维含水率、染色温度、染料种类和用量对纤维染色性能的影响。结果表明:相比干燥的PPTA纤维,用未干的PPTA纤维进行染色,可明显提高纤维的上染率和K/S值;染色纤维的K/S值随未干纤维含水率的增大而增大,随染料用量的提高而增大,但阳离子染料对PPTA纤维的染色效果优于分散染料;染色纤维的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度都达到4级以上;同时,染色后不会影响纤维原有的力学性能。合理的染色工艺为:浴比1∶20,纤维含水率50%,染色温度110-120℃,阳离子染料。
Undried poly( p-phenyleneterephthamide)( PPTA) fibers were dyed with cationic dyes and disperse dyes. The influences of fiber moisture content,dyeing temperature,dye type and dye dosage on the dyeing properties were studied. Compared with dried PPTA fibers,dyeing of undried fibers can obviously improve the dyeing rate and K / S value of PPTA fibers. With the increase of the moisture content of fiber and the dosage of dye,the K / S value of the dyeing fiber increases,the dyeing effect of cationic dye is better than that disperse dye. Moreover,the color fastnesses of dyed fibers to soaping and rubbing are both above 4 grade,and dyeing does not affect the original mechanical properties of PPTA fibers. The reasonable process parameters are as follows: liquor ratio of 1∶ 20,fiber moisture content of50%,dyeing temperature of 110- 120 ℃,and cationic dyes in use.
