摘要
为实现常规性服装的个性化,降低定制成本,将服装对应人体部位进行拆分,使人体各部位归档后都有对应的衣部件(即结构轮廓线),针对个体体型重构样版部件即可实现满足人体尺寸的样版。以女衬衫为例,将现有的基础样版通过CAD存储为矢量图,对照服装号型分析人体体型以提取对应部位的样版矢量部件进行重构生成样版,最终形成一种新的纸样设计方法。对如何进行结构线的重构进行了重点研究。采用虚拟试衣初步验证了本方法的可行性,并通过数理分析构建了部分重构模型。
In order to achieve the personalization of common clothing to reduce the customization cost,the clothing is divide corresponding to human body parts,so that each part of the human body after being archived has corresponding clothing component( i. e.,structure contour line). Aiming at the individual shape reconstructed pattern parts,the pattern meeting the size of human body can be realized. Taking a piece of blouse for example,existing basis pattern is stored as a vector diagram by CAD. According to the clothing size,human body is analyzed to extract the pattern vector components of corresponding parts for reconstructing to form a pattern,thereby finally forming a new pattern design method. How to reconstruct a pattern structure line is focused to be studied. Virtual fitting preliminarily is used to verify the feasibility of this method,and a part of the reconstruction model is constructed by mathematical analysis.
