摘要
为提高生条质量,尤其是改善其短片段不匀,开发了数字式梳棉机自调匀整控制系统。通过触摸屏、编码器、位移传感器、PLC及变频电动机协调配合,共同组成窄幅数字化梳棉机自调匀整系统的硬件部分。采用测长标记法测定了匀整机构的延迟时间,解决了其延迟时间不易测量的难题;舍弃常规的定时延迟算法,采用定位移法设计延迟控制程序,实现针对性匀整的要求。结果表明,该自调匀整控制系统可有效改善生条质量,相比于无自调匀整装置时,棉纤维生条1 m和5 m的质量不匀率分别可改善15.36%和6.42%,腈纶生条1 m和5 m的质量不匀率分别可改善14.85%和6.82%。
The main aim of developing the autoleveler system for the digital carding machine is to obtain a higher-quality sliver,especially for improving a lower short segment irregularity sliver. The hardware part of the autoleveller system was built up of the touch panel,the encoder,the displacement sensor,the PLC and inverter motor. It can be easily to determinate the delay time of the open-loop autoleveller system of the carding machine by the length measuring and marking method. Finally,abandoning the conventional timing delay law,the displacement method was used to design the timing delay control program to meet the demand of targeted leveling of the open-loop autoleveller system. It shows that the 1m and 5 m weight unevenness of the cotton and acrylic fiber sliver can be improved as high as 15. 36%,6. 42%,14. 85% and 6. 82%,respectively,when this system was used on the carding machine and as a result,the higher-quality sliver can be obtained thereby.
