摘要
政府提供促进出口措施的目的是增强本国企业竞争力,提升出口绩效,然而很少有研究从企业层面检验措施的应用效果。为此,以浙江纺织企业为样本,通过结构方程检验了国家促进出口措施对企业出口绩效的作用机制。实证研究显示,教育和培训相关措施、贸易推介相关措施和金融扶持相关措施对企业出口绩效有正向影响。此外,某些促进出口措施对直接出口企业出口绩效的影响强于间接出口企业。本文还探讨了检验结果对纺织出口企业及公共政策制定者的意义。
Governments provided export-promotion measures to enhance the competitiveness and export performance of domestic enterprises,but the application effect of the measures was seldom studied and examined at the enterprise level. The paper examined the action mechanism of the national exportpromotion measures to the enterprise export performance by a structural equation,based on the evidence from textile enterprises in Zhejiang province. The study reveals that the export-promotion measures relates to education and training,trade generalization,and financial aid have positive influence on the enterprise export performance. In addition,the influence of some export-promotion measures in direct exporters on the export performance is stronger than that in indirect exporters. The significance of the examination results for textile exporters and public policy makers are discussed.
