长链非编码RNA在常见消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:3

Research Progress of Long Noncoding RNAs in Common Digestive System Neoplasms

摘要 目的了解近年来长链非编码RNAs(lnc RNAs)参与常见消化系统肿瘤发生、发展机制的最新研究进展。方法主要根据Pub Med Plus检索获取相关资料,就近年来关于lnc RNAs参与调控消化系统肿瘤发生、发展机制的最新研究进展进行综述。结果 lnc RNA可以利用修饰、指引和支架三种主要作用模式通过表观遗传学调控、转录调控、转录后调控等机制对包括肝癌、胃肠道肿瘤、胰腺癌等消化系统肿瘤的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移等生物学行为进行调控。结论大多数lnc RNAs的功能和致瘤机制尚不完全清楚,进一步认识和了解lnc RNAs在消化系统肿瘤中发挥的作用有助于发现新型的肿瘤标志物和寻找有效的治疗策略。 Objective To understand the latest research progress of long noncoding RNAs(lnc RNAs) in occurrence and development mechanisms of common digestive system neoplasms. Method Literatures about regulated occurrence and development mechanisms of digestive system neoplasms by lnc RNA were reviewed according to the results searched from Pub Med. Results There were three main function modes(decoy, guide, and scaffold) of the lnc RNAs, which could regulate proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, and metastasis of the digestive system neoplasms, such as gastrointestinal cancer, liver cancer, and pancreatic cancer through the mechanisms of the epigenetic regulation, transcription regulation, and posttranscription regulation. Conclusions The functions and tumorigenic mechanisms of the most lnc RNAs are not entirely clear. The functions of lnc RNAs played in the digestive system neoplasms needs to be understood, which might contribute to new tumor biomarker detection and effective treatment strategies.
