铌含量对铁基堆焊层耐磨性能的影响

摘要 采用外加粉式埋弧堆焊的方法制备耐磨堆焊层。在充足C含量条件下,调整合金粉中Nb的含量,研究了不同Nb含量对FeCr-Nb-C合金堆焊层微观组织和结构性能的影响。结果表明,随着Nb含量的增加,堆焊层的硬度和耐磨性逐渐提高,当w(Nb)达到4%时,Fe-Cr-Nb-C堆焊层的硬度和耐磨损性最佳,随后随Nb含量的增加,其堆焊层的硬度和耐磨性反而下降。 The wear resistant surfacing layer was prepared by using automatic of powder submerged arc welding method, under the sufficient carbon conditions, fixed-Cr alloy powder composition, by changing the alloy powder of Nb content, to study the effect of different Nb content on the microstructure and wear resistance of Fe-Cr-Nb-C alloy surfacing layer. The results showed that the hardness and wear resistance of the surface layer gradually increased by the increase of Nb content. As the Nb content was 4%, the hardness and wear resistance were the best. When the Nb content was higher than 4%, the hardness and wear resistance of surfacing layer decreased by the increase of Nb content.
