摘要
焊接工艺是机械制造中的必要方法,在现代机械制造中主要用于汽车零件制造、大型机械制造等领域。自动化焊接机器人生产线是以自动控制方案实现批量焊接生产的平台,相对于传统的人工焊接而言,焊接机器人具有较高的产品一致性,由于替代了人工焊接,因此生产效率也相对较高,故障率低。但由于自动化焊接机器人生产线的成本相对较高,因而使用者对于生产线的工作效率、产能、生产质量等都有较高的期望值,所以自动焊接生产线优化也是设计过程中必须考虑的问题。由此,本文进行了自动化焊接机器人生产线优化的相关研究,提出生产线优化的方法,并提出具体的优化方案,对优化实施效果进行相应的预期分析,为同类型焊接生产线的优化改进提供相应参考。
Welding technology is the essential method in machinery manufacturing, modern mechanical manufacturing is mainly used in auto mobile parts manufacturing, heavy machinery manufacturing and other fields.Automatic welding robot production line is based on automatic control programme implemented bulk welding production platforms. Relative to the traditional manual welding with high product consistency, productivity is relatively high with the advantages of a low failure rate, because instead of manual welding. Automatic welding robot production line dues to relatively high costs, and is thus used for the efficiency of the production line, production capacity, production quality and there are high expectations. Optimization problems must be taken into account in the design of the production line. In the paper, it is presented that automation research on optimization of welding robot line, production line optimization method and propose specific optimization solutions. The appropriate analysis of optimization provides a corresponding reference for optimization of production lines of the same type of improvement.
