UACR与2型糖尿病视网膜病变程度的相关性研究

The association of urinary albumin to creatinine ratio and the degree of diabetic retinopathy

目的 探讨尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值（UACR）与2型糖尿病视网膜病变程度的相关性.方法 临床病例对照研究.对2013年4月至2014年4月在北华大学附属医院眼科就诊的200例2型糖尿病患者行荧光眼底造影检查,根据病变程度分为5组.另选30名健康者作为对照组.分别测定各组UACR,空腹血糖,糖化血红蛋白,总胆固醇,甘油三酯,记录收缩压,舒张压,体重指数,腰臀比,病程.对检测结果进行组间比较.各参数与糖尿病视网膜病变程度进行相关性分析.结果 不同程度糖尿病视网膜病变组间UACR差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.UACR与糖尿病视网膜病变程度,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变严重程度与UACR显著相关.UACR可用来作为糖尿病视网膜病变诊断、观察、指导治疗的指标。

Objective To study the relationship between urinary albumin to creatinine ratio （UACR） and the degree of diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Two hundred of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were examined by fundus fluorescein angiography.In accordance with the degree of the diabetic retinopathy,these cases were assigned to 5 groups,30 healthy people were chosen as control group.SBP,DBP,BMI,WHR,FPG,HbAIc,TC,and TG were measured.The test results were compared between groups,then analyzed correlation degree of each parameter and diabetic retinopathy degree.Results UACR differences between different degree of diabetic retinopathy groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.UACR had significant correlation with the degree of diabetic retinopathy （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions UACR is closely associated with the degree of diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.UACR is available for diagnosis and observation in diabetic retinopathy.It can be used to guide the treatment.
