拉西地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的疗效分析

Research on the efficacy of hypertension and coronary heart disease treated with lacidipine and atorvastatin calcium

目的 探讨拉西地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月~2015年2月于我院确诊为高血压合并冠心病患者94例作为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同分为治疗组（56例）和对照组（38例）,对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,治疗组采用拉西地平联合阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的血压、血脂水平的变化等临床疗效。结果 与对照组比较治疗组治疗总有效率明显较高,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平等均明显低于治疗前,但治疗后治疗组各指标水平改善水平优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 拉西地平与阿托伐他汀钙联合用药治疗高血压合并冠心病能够起到协同增效的作用,可以有效控制患者的血压水平,并改善患者血脂情况,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of hypertension cQmbined coronary heart disease treated with lacidipine and atorvastatin calcium. Methods 94 cases with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected from January 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital as research subjects,all the cases were divided into the treatment group （ 56 cases ） and the control group （ 38 cases ） ,the cases in control group used nifedipine GITS treatment,the cases in treatment group used lacidipine combination with atorvastatin calcium,and the clinical efficacy of the change of blood pressure and blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,diastolic,systolic blood pressure,triglycerides, total cholesterol levels of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the degree of decline in the index level of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Gonelusion The combination therapy with lacidipine and atorvastatin calcium of hypertension and coronary heart disease can play a synergistic effect,can effectively control blood pressure levels in patients,improve lipid profile, with high security.
