中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节的临床效果分析

目的观察应用中西医结合疗法治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节的临床效果。方法选取76例乳腺癌术后患甲状腺结节患者,分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用中西医结合方法治疗,对照组行单纯的西医治疗。比较两组患者的症状改善情况、促甲状腺激素、结节大小,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前后两组TSH水平无明显差异,治疗后实验组治疗总有效率为97.4%,对照组为81.6%,实验组结节体积缩小明显、中医症候改善较大,对照组症状改善不明显。结论中西医结合疗法能明显改善乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节患者的临床症状,降低恶变因素,治疗效果明显。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of thyroid nodules after breast cancer operation.
