脐静脉置管术在极低出生体质量儿中的应用

The application of umbilical venous catheter in very low birth weight children

目的 探讨脐静脉置管术在极低出生体质量儿中的效果评价。方法 选取我院从2013年3月~2014年10月入院治疗的57例极低体质量新生儿做为研究对象。分为观察组28例与对照组29例,观察组新生儿实施脐静脉置管术治疗,对照组新生儿应用常规方法治疗。对比两组新生儿的死亡率及并发症发生率。结果 观察组新生儿死亡率及并发症发生几率低于对照组,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论极低出生体质量儿临床实施脐静脉置管术,可以有效降低治疗过程中死亡率与并发症发生率,机体损伤小,操作简单,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of umbilical venous catheter evaluated in children with very low birth weight. Methods 57 hospitalized eases with very low weight newborns in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2014 were selected as a research object.All cases were divided into an observation group （28cases） and a control group （29cases）,the observation group implemented treatment of newborn umbilical venous catheter, the control group received conventional methods.Mortality and complications between the two groups of newborns were compared. Results The odds of neonatal mortality and complications in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The very low birth weight children clinical take implementation of umbilical venous catheter,the course of treatment can effectively reduce morbidity and mortality,with a small body injury,simple operation,is worthy of wider application.
