脑血栓患者护理中优质护理的应用研究

Applied research in quality nursing care of patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的 探讨优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院在2012年6月~2013年6月收治的94例脑血栓患者为研究对象,随机均分成对照组和研究组,每组各47例。对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者予以优质护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 经护理后,研究组患者的住院时间、住院时间、神经功能缺损评分（CSS）均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且研究组患者的护理满意度（91.49%）明显高于对照组（72.34%）（P〈0.05）。结论 对脑血栓患者实施优质护理,可以促进患者康复,缩短住院时间,且能改善患者的神经功能缺损,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing to patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods 94 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 as the research object,randomly divided into control group and study group,47 cases in each group.The control group routine nursing care to patients,high quality nursing care to patients in study group,nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing of the patients in the study groups,hospitalization time,hospitalization time,neural function deficit score （CSS） were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）,nursing satisfaction and the study group patients （91.49%） was significantly higher than the control group （72.34%）,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Implementation of high quality nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis,can promote the rehabilitation of patients,shorten the time of hospitalization,and can improve the nerve function defect of patients,is worthy of promotion.
