Snodgrass手术治疗尿道下裂患儿的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Snodgrass surgical treatment of children with hypospadias

目的 研究Snodgrass手术治疗尿道下裂患儿的临床效果。方法 随机选取我院2011年1月~2014年1月收治的尿道下裂患儿80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对观察组患者采用Snodgrass手术方式治疗,对对照组患者采用横断尿道板术式治疗。结果 在临床总有效率方面,观察组患者的92.50%明显高于对照组患者的72.50%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对于尿道下裂患儿来讲,采用Snodgrass手术治疗可以显著提高尿道下裂患儿的治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating Children with hypospadias by Snodgrass surgical. Methods 80 cases of children with hypospadias which admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected the randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,both 40 cases.Patients of the observation group were treated with snodgrass surgery,Patients of the control group were treated with Urethral plate transection surgery. Results In terms of clinical total effective rate,92.50% of the patients of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the contrast group＇s 72.50%.The difference has the statistical significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the children with hypospadias using the surgical treatment of Snodgrass can significantly improve the effect of the treatment of the children with hypospadias.h is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
