摘要
非营利组织参与社区公共品供给日益成为社区公共服务的重要组成部分,然而目前激励理念落后、激励制度缺失、激励方式单一难以激发非营利组织参与社区公共产品供给的持续活力。非营利组织激励机制的完善是一个系统工程,要激发非营利组织持续高效参与社区公共品供给,既需要建立相关政策法规,优化非营利组织外部环境,也需要非营利组织自身管理制度的进一步健全和规范。
With the development of urban communities in China, nonprofit organizations have taken part in community public goods supply to compensate for the government and market failure on public goods supply. However, outdated incentive ideas, single incentive mode and lack of incentive system make it difficult to inspire the continuous vitality of non - profit organizations to participate in community public goods supply. Perfecting the incentive mechanism of nonprofit organization is a systematic engineering. To inspire non - profit organizations to participate in community public goods supply, we need to establish relevant policies and regulations to optimize their external environment, and also need to further improve and standardize the management system of themselves.
