摘要
新中国成立后,中国人民解放军开始实施正规化现代化建设,在这一建设进程中,苏联派遣了大批军事专家赴华给予援助。本文首先对这一时期赴华苏联军事专家的数量规模进行了统计,然后从中苏双方关于苏联军事专家在华工作条件的谈判以及军事专家在华的实际待遇两方面考察了苏联军事专家在华生活的基本状况,最后梳理了援华苏联军事专家的主要工作及贡献。
After the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China, the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army began to implement regulation and modernization. On the course of the construction of regulation and modernization, USSR sent large quantities of military experts to China to provide overall aid. The paper first analyzed statistical amounts of soviet military experts in China; and then probed into the life situation of them from two aspects： negotiation working condition about military experts in China and their actual treatment; at last the paper discussed their work and their contribution in China.
