Learning from Failure and Enhance Innovative Ability of The Research Team

失败是创新过程中的客观现象,具有特殊的学习价值,创新能力的高低是决定创新成败与否的关键,但鲜有研究探讨失败学习与创新能力的关系。明晰失败学习的内涵,分析失败学习与团队创新能力的关系,构建"失败学习—创新能力"的学习过程框架,提出应根据不同的失败归因启动不同的失败学习过程,以促使科研团队尽快走出失败阴影,摆脱悲痛情绪,提升创新能力。

Failure is an objective phenomenon in the process of innovation and has the special value of learning,innovative ability is a core element to determine the success of innovation. But few studies explore the relationship between learning from failure and innovation ability. This paper defines the connotation of learning from failure. The study analyzes the relationship between learning from failure and innovative ability of team, builds the learning process of framework of learning from failure - innovative ability, proposes that the research team should start the different learning process of failure based on different attribution of styles. The purpose of this study is to encourage the research team out of the failure of shadow, get rid of the pain and enhance innovative ability as soon as possible.
