加强动态信息工作的几点设想

Assumptions for Strengthening the Dynamic Information Service

文章首先基于动态信息变化情况分析动态情报工作的历史演变,从动态跟踪、动态分析、动态情报服务3个方面总结动态情报工作的特点;然后研究了动态情报工作的发展现状,包括主要成绩和存在问题;最后从体系建设、基础环境建设、研究方法改进、服务模式创新、人才队伍建设5个方面提出强化动态工作的设想。

This paper firstly analyzes the historical evolution of dynamic intelligence service based on the changing status of dynamic information,and summarizes the characteristics of dynamic intelligence service from 3 aspects,including dynamic tracing,dynamic analysis and dynamic intelligence service. Then,the paper researches on the development status of dynamic intelligence service,including achievements and existing problems. Finally,the paper proposes the assumptions for strengthening dynamic service from 5 aspects,including system construction,basic environment construction,research method improvement,service model innovation and talent building.
