摘要
研究人机交互过程中的会话原则有助于提高知识组织的有效性和易用性。以语言会话的合作原则为理论基础,研究了知识组织的用户交互策略和准则,构建了用户自然语言向叙词表受控语言的映射模型,提出了用户自然语言向叙词表映射的6条处理规则,最后,以用户检索日志为语料开展实证研究,在会话合作原则指导下探讨了知识组织的优化方法。
The study of conversational principle in the process of human-computer interaction is conductive to enhance the efficiency and usability of knowledge organization. Taking conversation cooperative principle as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the user interaction strategy and principle of knowledge organization,constructs mapping model of user natural language for thesaurus controlled language,proposes 6 processing principles of user natural language mapping with the thesaurus controlled language. Finally,taking user retrieval journal as corpus for the empirical study,the paper explores the optimization method of knowledge organization based on the conversation cooperative principle.
