摘要
采用Adams/View虚拟样机优化设计软件的目标优化模块,对某车型转向管柱硬点进行优化设计。结合整车人机布置和底盘硬点的输入,以力矩波动作为目标函数,结合转向管柱长度,安装角度等约束条件进行计算和分析,得到合理的降低力矩从而获得最佳的布置硬点。计算结果表明优化设计方法对于管柱硬点设计是有效的,该方法可以广泛应用于车辆转向管柱硬点的优化设计工程。
with the design evaluation of Adams /View,The steering column hard point has been optimized,with the input of the package and chassis hard point,taking torque variation as design object,steering column length and angle was calculated to minimize torque variation to get the optimal steering column hard point. the result state clearly that the design optimization method for steering column hard point design is effective and should be widely used to vehicle steering column structure design.
