摘要
本文从中美医学生学习的积极主动性的差异入手,详细剖析了美国医学生从大学本科、医学院学生、住院医师、到专科医师/私人诊所医师的整个教学培训体系,并与中国的临床医师教学培训体系进行了比较。从中总结了医学教学体系中可能影响学生学习态度的几方面因素,对目前临床教学培训体系提出了几点建议。希望能为我国的高等医学教育改革提供借鉴,促进我国未来临床医师的长久发展。
The whole education system of United States,including university study,medical school training,resident training,and specialist physician/independent clinic physician training,was analyzed and compared with Chinese medical education system,based on the difference of positive and initiative study attitudes between USA and Chinese medical students.Possible factors that might influence medical students' attitudes in recent Chinese medical education system were summarized.Some corresponding advises were recommended, in order to give some reference to our high medical education revolution,and to improve future clinician long-last development.
