瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蒲参胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床效果

Clinical effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with pushen capsules in the treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的 探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蒲参胶囊对高脂血症的临床治疗作用。方法 选择我院2012年5月~2014年4月收治的84例高脂血症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组42例,观察组42例,对照组行瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组采取瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蒲参胶囊治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,对照组则为71.43%,两组治疗效果有明显差异（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组患者血脂水平无明显差异（P〉0.05）,经治疗后,两组患者均有改善,但是观察组显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 瑞舒伐他汀钙片与蒲参胶囊联合治疗高脂血症效果显著,安全性高,可快速使血脂下降,有利于患者远期预后,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with pushen capsules in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods 84 patients with hyperlipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from July 2012 to April 2014 were selected as the research subjects, which was randomly allocated to control group and observation group with 42 patients in each. The control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets, and the observation group was further treated with pushen capsules. The clinical treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.86% and that of control group was 71.43%, which had a significant difference （P ~ 0.05）. There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels of two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. The levels of two groups were improved after treatment, but that of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with pushen capsules in the treatment of hyperlipidemia has significant clinical effect with high safety, and can rapidly lower blood lipid level, which is good for patients＇ long term prognosis and worthy of further promotion.
