复方聚乙二醇联合乳果糖在便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果研究

Research on effects of compound polyethylene glycol combined with lactulose in bowel preparation before colonoscopy of constipation patients

目的 探讨复方聚乙二醇联合乳果糖在便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果研究。方法 2012年10月~2014年10月期间,于我院接受结肠镜检查的便秘患者中选取90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各45例,其中对照组给予复方聚乙二醇,研究组给予复方聚乙二醇联合乳果糖,比较两组肠道准备的完成情况。结果 研究组患者肠道清洁总有效率为93.33%、不良反应发生率为8.89%,与对照组75.56%、26.67%相较,明显更具临床优势,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 复方聚乙二醇联合乳果糖在便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中,效果显著,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective To explore effects of compound polyethylene glycol combined with lactulose in bowel preparation before colonoscopy of constipation patients. Methods 90 constipation patients who were received colonoscopy in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly allocated to the control group and the study group, with 45 in each. The control group was received compound polyethylene glycol while the study group was received compound polyethylene glycol combined with lactulose. Completion of bowel preparation of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of intestinal cleaning and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the study group were 93.33% and 8.89% respectively. The total effective rate of intestinal cleaning and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the control group were 75.56% and 26.67% respectively. The study group has more clinical advantages and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound polyethylene glycol combined with lactulose in bowel preparation before colonoscopy of constipation patients has significant effects and less complications which is worthy of promotion.
