腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术的术中护理配合分析

Nursing cooperation analysis in radical operation to cervical cancer under the laparoscope

目的 探讨腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术的术中护理配合方法。方法 选择2012年2月~2014年2月期间于我院行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术的44例宫颈癌患者作为研究组,选择2010年1月~2012年1月期间我院行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术的44例宫颈癌患者作为对照组。对照组采取传统护理配合措施,研究组在此基础上对护理配合措施给予优化。结果 研究组术后并发症发生率为9.09%,显著低于对照组的29.55%（P〈0.05）。对照组术后鼻咽温度与术前及研究组对比具有明显差异（P〈0.05）。研究组术后首次下床的时间、疼痛持续时间、拔除引流管时间及肠道排气时间均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 优化术中护理配合可以有效降低腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者并发症的发生率,维持体温的稳定性,十分利于术后恢复,适于推广。

Objective To explore the methods of nursing cooperation in the radical operation of cervical cancer under the laparoseope. Methods To choose the 44cases of patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital by the way of laparoscopic radical operation for two years （from Februry 2012 to Fbruary 2014） as the reaesrch group, and the another 44cases of patients treated from January, 2010 to January, 2012 as the control group. The patients in the control group was performed with traditional nursing cooperated measures, and the research group optimized these measures. Results The complication rate for the patients after surgery in the research group was 9.09% which was significantly lower than that of the control group, 29.55%（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences, compared the nasopharyngeal temperature after surgery and that before surgery and in the research group（P〈0.05）. Time for the patients out of bed for the first time, the duration of pain, time of removing the drainage tube and for intestinal exhaust in the research group after the surgery was lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion To optimize the nursing cooperation in surgery can effectively reduce the complication rate to the patients with cervical cancer who were undergoing the radical operation under the laparoscope and maintain the body temperature, which was good for the recovery after the surgery, suitable for promotion.
