摘要
针对国内某1000 MW机组气力除灰系统出现的故障状况,深入分析了造成灰斗高料位以及气力输灰管道堵管的原因,提出了相应的整改措施,并对系统的运行、监护和管理提出了新的要求;在机组运行和检修的共同努力下,该除灰系统在改造后再没有出现料位高等现象。
This paper analyzed the fault situations of electrostatic precipitator system of an ultra supercritical 1000 MW unit in-depth and provides the corresponding causes. According to analysis, some concrete measures based on unit' s operation, overhaul and management were given and be implemented. As a result, faults of electrostatic precipitator system were disposed, which make sure the safe and efficient operation of unit.
