电网建设项目后评价需通过一系列的指标计算、分析来完成研究。构建一套科学、完善的反映电网建设项目前期决策、设计施工、运营使用各阶段工作内容以及项目经济效益和效果的后评价指标,对指导电网建设项目后评价工作具有重要的现实意义。而量化指标更能客观准确反映项目后评价工作的成效,是今后后评价工作的必然要求,本论文就这些指标的内容及其计算方法进行探讨和论述。

Power grid construction project post-evaluation must pass a series of indicators calculation and analysis to complete the study. To build a set of scientific and perfect project economic efficiency and the effect post-evaluation index which could reflect the decision making, project design and operational use in each stages work content in power grid construction, which had important practical significance to guide work of power grid construction project post-evaluation. Quantitative indicators could objectively reflect the project after the results of the evaluation work, which was the inevitable requirement of the evaluation work, the content and calculation me-thod of these indexes were discussed in this paper.
