急诊胸外科食管异物临床诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 分析我院胸外科收治的27例急诊食管异物患者的临床资料,总结患者临床特征及临床预后.胃镜下异物取出18例,硬质食管镜取出2例,颈部切口取出2例,腹部切口取出1例,右侧开胸取出1例,保守治疗2例,1例放弃治疗.全组无死亡病例,合并并发症患者13例（13/27）,术后平均进食时间为（5.9±3.2）d,平均住院时间（8.2±4.7）d.入胸外科食管异物患者病情常较复杂,在全面评估患者病情基础上决定治疗方案有利于患者预后.
