腕管综合征患者手术时机选择的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Timing of Operation for Patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

目的:探讨腕管综合征患者的手术时机。方法:回顾性分析2012年9月-2014年9月收治的腕管综合征患者98例的临床资料,根据是否发生肌肉萎缩分为治疗组(n=53)和对照组(n=45)。治疗组的平均病程24个月,均是在刚发生肌肉萎缩的时候安排手术治疗;对照组的平均病程24个月,根据发病时间安排手术。比较两组术后并发症的发生率,并在术后第3、6个月时进行随访,比较两组患者的满意度。结果:治疗组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(7.55%vs 24.45%,P<0.05);治疗组第3、6个月时随访的患者满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕管综合征手术时机的选择根据患者是否发生肌肉萎缩来确定,可减少并发症,改善预后。

Objective ：To explore the timing of operation for patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods：The clinical data of 98 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were retrospectively analyzed from Sep 2012 to Sep 2014,and the 98 cases were divided into treatment group（n=53） and control group（n=45）according to the occurrence of muscle atrophy. The average duration of carpal tunnel syndrome was 24 months in the both groups,the patients were arranged operation therapy just after the muscle atrophy in the treatment group, while the patients were arranged operation therapy according to the onset time in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction were compared at third months and sixth months after postoperative prospectively between the two groups. Results ：The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group（7.55% vs 24.45%,P〈0.05）. The satisfaction was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group at third months and sixth months after postoperative prospectively,both P〈0.05. Conclusion ：It may reduce the postoperative complications and promote the prognosis that the operation timing of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome according to whether occurred muscle atrophy to determine.
