摘要
聚酰胺表氯醇树脂是一种热固型水溶性阳离子型树脂,是用来增强湿润纸(纸板)强度的功能性造纸助剂,又叫湿润纸力增强剂,简称湿强剂,本文主要介绍聚酰胺表氯醇树脂的合成方法。合成过程分为聚酰胺多胺的制备和聚酰胺表氯醇树脂的制备,通过实验考查物料配比及反应时间和温度,确定聚酰胺表氯醇树脂的较佳反应条件,产品平均收率可达到81.52%,最高收率为85.82%。
Polyamide epichlorohydrin resin is a thermosetting water-soluble cationic resin, is usually used to enhance the wet paper (board) intensity as papermaking additives, also known as wet paper strength agent, short for wet strength agent. In this paper, the synthesis method of polyamide epichlorohydrin resin was introduced. The synthesis process is divided into the preparation of polyamide polyamine and the preparation of polyamide epichlorohydrin resin. Through experimental test of material ratio and reaction time and temperature, the best reaction conditions of polyamide epichlorohydrin resin were determined. Under the best reaction conditions, the average product yield was up to 81.52%, the highest yield was 85.82%.
