天然气管道可靠性评价方法探究

摘要 天然气管道系统是连续密闭输送系统,从输送、储存到用户使用,天然气均处于带压状态,管道一旦破裂,释放能量大、撕裂长度长、波及范围广,排出的天然气遇有明火易酿成火灾,因此其可靠性研究具有十分重要的意义和作用。针对天然气管道的可靠性研究,本文通过对国内外相关文献的调研,总结了巴西天然气管道可靠性评价方法以及其评价指标。巴西石油公司对巴西的天然气管道进行的可靠性研究采用了TARO可靠性模拟软件,其管网可靠性评价方法以及可靠性指标值得借鉴。 Natural gas pipeline system is a continuous closed transport system. From transportation, storage to users, the pipeline is filled with high pressure natural gas. Once the pipeline ruptures, it will release large energy. What's more, once the leaked gas encounters fire, fire hazard will happen. SO study on the reliability of natural gas pipeline system is of great significance and role. In this paper, based on relevant literature researches, the evaluation method of Brazil gas pipeline reliability and its evaluation indexes were summarized. TARO simulation software was used to evaluate the reliability of Brazil's natural gas pipelines. The reliability evaluation method and the reliability indexes are worth learning.
