摘要 辽河油田马古潜山岩性多为深灰色细砂岩与灰色荧光油迹角砾岩,油层埋藏深,地层压力低,易漏失,初期建井阶段,为防止固井过程中环空静液柱压力过高,避免发生漏失、减少地层污染和降低固井成本,对技术套管采用了双级固井关键工艺,通过正确安装使用分级箍,选择合适的注水泥方式、胶塞体系,精细组织施工等,固井质量大幅度提高,达到甲方验收要求。双极固井工艺技术的成功应用,对国内其他油田相同类型的固井施工具有一定的指导意义。 The ancient potential mountain named Magu rock in Liaohe oil field is mostly formed by dark gray fine sandstone and gray fluorescence oil stains breecias, buried depth of the reservoir is deep, the formation pressure is low, and the leakage happens easily. At early stage of petroleum exploration, in order to avoid excessive hydrostatic fluid column pressure within the cases and the boreholes, to avoid the leakage and reduce formation pollution and the cementing cost, two-stage cementing technology was adopted. Through the correct installation and using of grading ring, choosing the right means of cement injection mode, the stopper system and careful construction, the construction quality was improved greatly and met the owner's need completely. The successful application of two-stage cementing technology has a certain guiding significance for cementing construction of the same type of other domestic oilfields.
