摘要
综述了油气田常用缓蚀剂的分类以及应用机理,阐述了缓蚀剂的选择性、配伍性、协同效应等三种特性。通过室内评价及现场挂片实验分析了缓蚀剂XL的防腐蚀效果,并分析了浓度、温度以及H2S等实际应用中的影响因素,对缓蚀剂防腐蚀技术在高含水油井中的应用有较好的指导作用。
Classification and application mechanism of corrosion inhibitors for oil and gas fields were introduced, three kinds of characteristics of the corrosion inhibitor were discussed, including selectivity, compatibility and synergistic effect. Anti-corrosion effect of corrosion inhibitor XL was analyzed through laboratory evaluation and field coupon tests, and effect of the concentration, temperature, H2S and other factors on its practical application was investigated, which could provide a better guidance for application of corrosion inhibitor technology in high water cut wells.
