鄂尔多斯地区煤炭与天然气资源协调开发的研究探讨

Study and Discussion on Coordinated Development of Coal and Natural Gas Resources in Erdos Region

针对鄂尔多斯地区矿权重叠,煤炭与天然气开发之间矛盾日益突出的问题,从煤炭与天然气赋存规律,开采技术特点、开发现状着手,论证协调开发煤炭与天然气资源的必要性,提出协调资源开发规划与管理、优化开采工艺、时间和空间的合理避让等措施,并提出了关键技术的研究方向,探讨了高效、安全、协调开采煤炭与天然气资源的政策和技术。

Aiming at the overlap of mining rights, the contradiction between the development of coal and natural gas in Erdos region of Inner Mongolia, the necessity of coordinated development of coal and natural gas resources was discussed from the views of occurrence regularity, mining technology characteristics and current development situations. And the countermeasures were proposed, including coordination between the planning and management of resource development, optimization of mining process, reasonable avoidance measures of time and space, the research direction for key technology was pointed out, the policy and technology for high - efficiency, safe and coordinated exploitation of coal and natural gas resources.
