摘要
针对目前煤矿国产胶带机滚筒质量普遍较重这一问题,结合当前国内外研究现状,在传统的滚筒结构设计理论上提出改进,对其受力结构进行相应的优化,同时基于ANSYS有限元分析对新设计的滚筒受力结构进行相应数值模拟,比较不同设计方案中滚筒受力应力场的分布情况,从而得出最优设计方案。
Aiming at the heavy mass of rollers in current domestic coal mine belt conveyor, combining with the current research status at home and abroad, improvement advices were proposed based on the structure of traditional design theory, the structure was optimized. Bearing structure of the new designed roller was simulated with ANSYS, to compare the stress field distribution in different roller design schemes, and the optimal design.
