摘要
以河南地区的5家煤矿企业为调研对象,运用结构方程方法,研究了煤矿企业领导风格、安全文化与安全绩效之间的作用关系。结果表明,煤矿企业交易型领导风格显著正向影响安全绩效,安全文化在交易型领导风格与安全绩效关系中起中介作用。针对研究结论,给出了提高安全绩效的对策建议。
Five coal mining enterprises were selected in Henan to study the relationship between coal mining enterprises leadership style, safety culture and safety performance, using structural equation method. The results show that, the transactional leadership style of coal mining enterprises positively impact safety performance significantly, and safety culture plays an intermediary role in the relationship between transactional leadership style and safety performance. According to the research results, some suggestions were proposed to improve the safety performance.
