摘要
利用温室苗期鉴定和大田成株期鉴定柑结合的方法,对我国各谷子产区267份主要生产品种的抗瘟性进行了鉴定。通过对两个生长期鉴定结果的综合评价,共筛选到抗瘟品种9份,占鉴定品种的3.37%;中抗品种33个,占鉴定品种的12.36%。未见高抗和免疫材料。同时,通过对不同地区生产品种抗性组成和各谷子产区主栽品种抗瘟性鉴定结果的比较分析,结合近几年各地谷瘟病发生情况,明确了抗瘟品种的缺乏是近几年谷瘟病在河北、河南、山东、吉林和黑龙江等地偏重发生的重要原因。
In the article,the resistance of 267 millet varieties to millet blast was identified by seedling stage identification in greenhouse and adult stage identification in field.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of two identification methods,there were 9 varieties of resistant and moderately resistant types which make up 3.37%,while 33 were middle resistant types which make up 12.36%.Immune and high resistant varieties were not found.The analysis of resistance to millet blast of commercial varieties and main cultivars shows that the lack of resistant varieties was the main reason of severe occurrence of millet blast in recent years.
