单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术对患者生活质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较单孔胸腔镜胸肺癌根治术与常规开胸肺癌根治术对肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法对121例分别行传统开胸肺癌根治术(60例)与单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术(61例)肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较患者术后的生活质量。结果单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者术后1个月及术后3个月的生活质量、疼痛评分均优于传统开胸肺癌根治术患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),并且术后3个月慢性疼痛患者的数量明显少于传统开胸治疗(P〈0.05)。结论单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术有助于改善肺癌患者的生活质量,值得推广使用。
