不同神经递质系统调控室管膜下区神经发生的研究进展

Recent advance in different neurotransmitters systems regulating subventricular zone neurogenes

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高和社会老龄化的进展,脑卒中已成为严重危害国民健康的重大疾病之一。脑梗死是最常见的脑卒中类型。发病率、致残率、死亡率均很高。研究显示,脑梗死后室管膜下区(subventricularzone,SVZ)神经发生处于亢进状态。新生的神经前体细胞一方面能够迁移至梗死灶周围,通过分化为神经元或神经胶质细胞以替代、修复受损脑组织;另一方面通过旁分泌功能发挥抗炎、抗凋亡、神经调节等作用,促进神经功能恢复。这提示SVZ神经发生可能是脑梗死治疗的重要靶点。
