石化企业充分发挥后评价作用的设想

后评价的理论方法逐渐形成以后,受到世界各国和金融机构的重视。我国引入并开展后评价已有近30年历史,已经逐步建立了后评价工作的制度框架。中国石化一直重视后评价工作,对投资项目进行后评价也有近20年的历史,并在不断加强后评价工作并尝试新的工作方式。今后应不断追随、研究和发展后评价理论和方法,不断深化实践,发挥后评价在项目决策和管理以及监督和考核方面的作用。

After the gradual formation of post-evaluation theoretical method, all countries around the world and financial institutions have attached great importance to it. China＇s introduction and development of post- evaluation has a history of nearly 30 years, the institutional framework of post-evaluation work has been gradually set up. Sinopec always attaches great importance to post-evaluation work, its post-evaluation for investment projects also has a history of nearly 20 years, it continuously strengthens post-evaluation work and tries out new ways of work. Sinopec should continuously follow, research and develop post-evaluation theory and method, continuously deepen practice and give full play to the role of post-evaluation on project decision and management as well as supervision and appraisal.
