脑源性神经营养因子对神经退行性和精神类疾病潜在的治疗作用 被引量:3

摘要 研究发现各种神经退行性疾病和精神类疾病的病理过程中都表现出脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达水平的异常,如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森症、抑郁症等,说明它在中枢神经系统疾病的病理过程中具有重要作用,对这类疾病具有潜在的治疗作用。本文通过参阅近年来国内外文献,就目前BDNF在中枢神经系统疾病的研究状况进行综述,介绍BDNF给药途径的特点、不足以及新突破,并就临床应用的可行性,和未来的研究方向作一个综述。 Changes in the levels of brian-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) have been described in a number of neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, it suggested that BDNF plays an important role in the pathogenesis, also BDNF has potential treatment of both neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases. Though reviewing and refering to the current domestic and foreign literature, this article reviews the current knowledge involvement of BDNF in a number of neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases, introduces the characteristic, deficiency and new breakthrough of administration route of BDNF, and makes a short discussion and comment about the challenge which BDNF face in clinical application and future investigation direction.
