氯化钾注射液致输液反应原因分析及预防对策 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨氯化钾注射液致输液反应的原因,指导临床输液,避免输液反应的发生。方法对近两年本院临床科室送检的17例氯化钾注射液致输液反应报告进行分析总结,模拟临床用药配伍,对氯化钾注射液与10%GS、5%GNS、0.9%NS及平衡液配伍前后的质量、内毒素、微粒、理化性质、活菌等(致输液反应发生的原因)进行检测。结果氯化钾注射液与多种输液配伍前后的质量、内毒素、微粒、理化性质、活菌等的监测与配伍前无明显差别。结论氯化钾注射液致输液反应与:大输液的质量,添加药物的质量和剂量;输液器的质量;输液速度;输液环境;患者因素等有关,应引起重视。 OBJECTIVE To guide clinical transfusion and avoid the occurrence of transfusion response through investigating the reasons of the potassium chloride injection infusion response. METHODS A total of 17 cases of intravenous transfusion reaction about the quality,endotoxin,particles,physicochemical properties,viable cells and other aspects of the hospital in the past 2 years were analyzed. RESULTS There was no significant difference in the quality,endotoxin,particles,physicochemical properties,viable cells between potassium chloride injection and its mixture. CONCLUSION Potassium chloride injection transfusion response was related to: the quality of a large infusion and the dose of a drug,the quality of infusion,infusion rate,infusion environment,and patients' factors.
