Therapeutic effect of relaxin on lung disease

摘要 背景松弛素(relaxin,RLX)最初被认为是一种妊娠相关激素。近年来研究发现RLX对肺有保护作用,主要表现在抗纤维化、减轻气道重塑、扩张血管、改善肺缺血,再灌注(ischemia/repeffusion,I/R)损伤等方面。目的综述RLX对各种肺疾病的治疗作用和机制的研究进展。对今后RLX在肺疾病方面的研究提供思路。内容简要介绍RLX的分子结构、受体及其信号转导通路,重点总结RLX对不同类型的肺部疾病的治疗作用及其机制。趋向RLX治疗肺部疾病具有广阔前景,但目前离临床应用还有一定距离。 Background Relaxin (RLX) was initially considered to be a pregnancy-related hormone. Recent research indicates that RLX has a protective effect on the lung, the protections lie in anti-fibrosis, reduction of airway remodeling, dilation of blood vessels, amelioration of lung ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. Objective Review progresses of studies on the treatment and mechanism of RLX on lung diseases to provide ideas for future study of RLX on lungs. Content Briefly introduce the molecular structure of RLX family, receptors and signal transduction pathways, mainly summarize the treatment and its mechanism of RLX for different types of lung diseases. Trends Many studies have confirmed the therapeutic effect of RLX on lung diseases, but there is still a certain distance away from clinical application.
