Objective To explore the effects of group intervention on patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD) . Methods 118 cases were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, 58 cases in control group and 60 cases in experimental group. The patients in control group received routine nursing care, in experimental group were based on the use of group intervention for nursing intervention. The degree of grasping relative knowledge of CHD and treating compliance in the two group were contrasted, their blood fat was detected and the anxiety of patients before and after examination was assessed by using self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) . Results After intervention, the degree of grasping knowledge of CHD and risk factors were superior to the control group ( P〈0. 05 ) , there was no difference between the 2 groups in grasping knowledge of self-care ( P〉0. 05 ) . The treating compliance and improvement of index of blood fat in experimental group were superior to those of control group ( P〈0. 01 ) . The score of SAS after intervention in experimental group was much lower than that of control group ( P〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions Group intervention could improve the ability to grasp relative knowledge of CHD and treatment compliance, help to improve the patient's anxiety and enhance the treatment effect.
