摘要
目的探讨应用临床路径的思维方式对癌症知情的住院化疗患者进行健康教育的应用效果。方法选择采用传统的健康教育方法进行健康教育的2010年1月至12月176例在我科住院接受化疗的肿瘤患者(对照组),与采用临床路径进行健康教育的2011年1月至12月176例在我科住院接受化疗的肿瘤患者(实验组)。结果实验组患者在情绪变化( P〈0.01)、对健康知识的掌握程度、治疗依从性和自我护理能力以及患者满意度调查等方面的结果明显好于对照组( P〈0.01)。结论应用临床护理路径对肿瘤科化疗患者实施健康教育,可明显改善肿瘤化疗患者焦虑、悲观等负性情绪、提高化疗患者治疗的依从性和治疗效果,对提高肿瘤科化疗患者的生活质量有着积极的意义。
Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway way of thinking on health education for patients of knowledge about cancer chemotherapy. Methods 176 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy accepting traditional health education methods from January to December 2010 were selected into control group, and 176 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy accepting health education by clinical pathway from January to December 2011 were selected into experimental group. Results Emotional changes, mastering the knowledge degree, treatment compliance and self care ability and patient satisfaction survey in observation group were significantly better than those of control group ( P〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway could significantly improve the tumor chemotherapy patients anxiety, pessimistic and negative emotions, improve chemotherapy patients compliance and the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients with chemotherapy oncology.
