持续质量改进在供应室集中管理模式应用的研究

Application of continuous quality improvement in implement of centralized management mode in supply room

目的探讨持续质量改进在供应室集中管理模式中的应用效果。方法在供应室持续质量改进过程中，重视质量督导全过程，重视全过程质量控制，积极做好预防工作，健全、完善和改进各项工作。结果在质量持续改进实施后，供应室清洗质量、包装质量、灭菌质量以及发放质量的不合格率均显著下降，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；上午常规物品送达科室、下午常规物品送达科室、临时急需物品送达科室的时间显著降低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；供应室服务态度、及时供给、收送工作、有效沟通的满意率显著提高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论持续质量改进在供应室集中管理模式中发挥了非常积极的作用，值得进一步推广。

Objective To enhance the implement of continuous quality improvement in supply room, in order to strengthen the communication of supply room with other administrative or technical offices and improve the management quality. Methods During the continuous quality improvement, whole process quality supervision and the quality control were paid attention to, the prevention work was completed, and the work was improved. Results After the continuous quality improvement, the unqualified rates of cleaning quality, packaging quality, sterilization quality and issue quality were significantly lower than before （P〈0. 05 ） . The time of morning routine items service, afternoon routine items service and temporary items service were significantly lower than before （P〈0. 05 ） . The satisfaction rates of service attitude, timely supply, feeding work, effective communication were significantly increased than before （P〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Continuous quality improvement in supply room plays a very active role in centralized manage- ment mode, and it is worth further promotion.
