Poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma of the sinonasal cavity and nasopharynx:a clinicopathological analysis

摘要 低分化神经内分泌癌（poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma,PDNEC）起源于摄取胺前体脱羧细胞,最常发生于肺部和消化道。原发于鼻腔鼻窦的PDNEC少见,发生于鼻咽部则更少见。笔者检索国内外文献,发生于鼻咽部的孤立性PDNEC不足10例。因其分化差,故组织形态学与鼻部其他小圆细胞恶性肿瘤难以区别。
