温针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect by warm acupuncture on Jiaji points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨温针夹脊穴在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的临床治疗效果。方法 80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组采用单一针刺治疗,实验组采用温针夹脊穴治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组日本骨科协会(JOA)评分为(21.13±3.98)分,低于对照组(24.77±5.31)分(P<0.05);实验组疼痛分级指数(PRI)评分为(4.4±3.2)分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(2.7±1.9)分、疼痛强度(PPI)评分为(1.6±1.1)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症发病率较高,临床上采用温针夹脊穴治疗效果理想,安全可靠,能有效减轻患者疼痛,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by warm acupuncture on Jiaji points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 lumbar disc herniation patients were divided by different treatment methods into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received simple acupuncture therapy, and the experimental group received warm acupuncture on Jiaji points for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group had lower Japanese orthopaedic association（JOA） score as（21.13±3.98） points than（24.77±5.31） points of the control group after treatment（P0.05）. Pain rating index（PRI） score of the experimental group was（4.4±3.2） points, visual analogue scale（VAS） was（2.7±1.9） points, and present pain intensity（PPI） score was（1.6±1.1） points. They were all lower than those of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Due to high morbidity of lumbar disc herniation, clinical application of warm acupuncture on Jiaji points can provide ideal effect, with safety and reliability. This method can effectively reduce patients＇ pain, and it is worth promoting and applying.
