急诊手术治疗普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者临床分析

Clinical analysis of emergency operation in the treatment of general surgery disease complicated with diabetes mellitus patients

目的探讨急诊手术治疗普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者临床治疗效果。方法 80例普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者根据不同治疗方法分为实验组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组实施急诊手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组(80.0%)(P<0.05);实验组满意率95.0%,高于对照组(65.0%)(P<0.01);两组患者手术前血糖、尿糖差异不显著;实验组术后血糖指标为(6.35~11.21)mmol/L、低于对照组(8.90-14.5)mmol/L(P<0.05);实验组尿糖为[(0)^(+)],优于对照组[(+)^(++)];实验组不良反应发生率为7.5%,低于对照组(25.0%)(χ2=4.50,P<0.05)。结论普外科疾病发病率较高,且多数患者由糖尿病引起,临床上采用急诊手术治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of emergency operation in the treatment of general surgery disease complicated with diabetes mellitus patients. Methods A total of 80 patients of general surgery disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided by different treatment methods into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment method, and the experimental group received emergency operation. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 95.0% than 80.0% of the control group（P0.05）, and it had higher satisfaction degree as 95.0% than 65.0% of the control group（P0.01）. Differences of blood glucose and urine glucose had no statistical significance between the two groups before operation. The experimental group had lower postoperative blood glucose as（6.35~11.21）mmol/L than（8.90~14.5） mmol/L of the control group（P0.05）, and it had better urine glucose as [（0）^（＋）] than [（＋）^（＋＋）] of the control group. The experimental group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 7.5% than 25.0% of the control group（χ2=4.50, P0.05）. Conclusion High morbidity of general surgery disease is mainly caused by diabetes mellitus. Implement of emergency operation provide ideal effect in clinical treatment, and it is worth promoting and applying.
