摘要
通过对钻井设备的优选、井身结构的优化、钻头及钻具组合的优选、钻井参数及钻井液性能的优化、油气层保护技术的研究与应用,形成了一套适合于古巴白垩系岩层的大位移水平井钻井技术。合理的井身结构、轨道优化设计、优选钻井液体系和进行摩阻分析是保证大位移井顺利施工的重要技术措施。经过对古巴SEB-20大位移水平井钻井过程中5次开钻钻井工艺的设计与施工进行分析,指出大位移水平井钻井施工的特点以及适用于大位移水平井钻井的工艺及钻具组合、井身结构等。设计结果在现场进行了工程应用,应用效果良好,达到了设计目的,并且缩短了钻井周期,为同类井的钻井施工提供了借鉴和指导依据。
We developed a set of ERW drilling techniques suitable for Cuba Cretaceous strata, through optimization of drilling equipment, wellbore configuration, drill bit and drill assembly, drilling parameters and drilling fluid performance, and research and application of oiL/gas layer protecting techniques. Rational wellbore configuration, trajectory optimization design, optimization of drilling fluid system, and carrying out friction resistance analysis are important for successful ERW drilling. By analyzing the design and construction of five drilling processes used for SEB-20 ERW drilling, we figured out the characters of ERW drilling and the process and drill assembly as well as wellbore configuration applicable for ERW drilling. The designing results have been applied on the site and achieved the designing goal, shortening drilling cycle and providing reference and basis for drilling similar wells.
